(JLZC) utilizes high-grade GCr15 bearing steel to ensure superior load-bearing capacity, operational stability, and extended service life. Technical Features & Design
JLZC engineers the Cylindrical Roller Thrust Bearing with a separable structure. This design allows our customers to install the shaft washer, seat washer, and roller/cage assembly independently, which provides flexibility during machinery assembly. Furthermore, we process the cylindrical rollers with convex surfaces to ensure even pressure distribution between the rollers and the raceway surface.
Additionally, our thrust cylindrical roller bearings strictly comply with the GB/T 307.4 standard. We provide various precision grades, including General, 6, 5, and 4. Regarding the cage construction, we utilize solid brass cages for bearings with an outer diameter (D) ≤ 500mm. Conversely, we employ solid steel cages for bearings with an outer diameter (D) > 500mm to ensure structural integrity.

Our team developed a precise coding system to provide details regarding the specifications of your product:

Dimensional Variations: X1 denotes a non-standard outer diameter; X2 denotes a non-standard width; X3 denotes a non-standard OD and width.

Material Specifications: F1 indicates carbon steel; F3 indicates ductile iron. The /HC series indicates rings and rolling elements made from premium carburized steel, such as 20Cr2Ni4A, 15Mn, or G20CrMo.

Precision & Special Requirements: P5/P4 represent tolerance levels; SP indicates special precision (grade 5 dimensions with grade 4 rotation accuracy); YB2 and YB5 indicate special size, tolerance, or geometric requirements.

Cage Variants: M indicates a brass solid cage; TN1 indicates Nylon; ZW indicates a double-row needle roller assembly.
