Products Description
Overview of 6000 Series Bearings
JLZC produces high-quality 6000 Series Bearings. We engineer these 6000 Series Bearings for diverse industrial applications. They consist of an inner ring, an outer ring, a steel ball, and a cage. Furthermore, these JLZC bearings primarily bear radial loads. They also support a certain amount of axial load. In addition, because their friction torque is smaller than other types, these 6000 Series Bearings are ideal for high-speed operating conditions. Please check our Deep Groove Ball Bearings category for more options or visit ISO standards for technical references.
Technical Specifications of 6000 Series Bearings
Our manufacturing processes for 6000 Series Bearings strictly comply with GB/T 307.1 and ISO 492 standards.
-
Radial Clearance: Standard JLZC units feature internal clearances of 2, standard (N), 3, 4, and 5 classes.
-
Temperature Limits: The operating temperature for standard 6000 Series Bearings must not exceed 120℃.
-
Customization: For temperatures exceeding 120℃, we offer special heat-treated JLZC bearings, such as S0 (up to 150℃) and S1 (up to 200℃).
-
Tilting Capacity: Depending on the radial clearance, 6000 Series Bearings allow a relative tilting angle error between the inner and outer rings ranging from 8′ to 16′.
Design Features and Suffixes
JLZC optimizes the cage design based on the outer diameter.
-
Standard Size: For outer diameters less than 400 mm, we typically use a stamped steel cage.
-
Large Size: For outer diameters greater than 400 mm, we often utilize a solid brass cage.
-
Versatile Suffixes: Our 6000 Series Bearings codes include specific suffixes to meet your application requirements. We provide options like Z/2Z (shields), RS/2RS (contact seals), and RZ/2RZ (non-contact seals). Available precision suffixes include P5/P6 for accuracy classes, N/NR for snap grooves and rings, and DB/DF/DT for pairing methods.
